Kenai Cruise Information

General...
If you’re planning a cruise to Alaska then you must include Kenai on your trip. It will be an unforgettable experience to see the beauty that surrounds this place. It is situated in the Kenai Peninsula, where the Kenai River meets Cook Inlet.

Kenai provides something for everyone to make this a vacation of a lifetime with memories that will live forever in your mind.

Activities ...

Kanai is a sports fishing paradise. Here you can run the rivers while fishing for the king salmon or find a secluded lake and kick back and relax as you wait for the first catch of the day. Don’t get to comfortable, though, as it won’t take long in these waters that team with fish. While you’re fishing, take time out to notice the majestic mountains that tower above you. Covered in wild flowers and craved out by the elements over the years, this is beauty at it’s finest.

Another fun thing to do is go digging for clams. This is a dirty, wet job but more fun than you can ever imagine. Adults and kids alike will enjoy this activity and you will enjoy a fine meal after your finished.

Sightseeing...
When you arrive in Kenai the scenery alone is enough to make the trip worthwhile with it’s unspoiled forest and lakes and an abundance of wildlife. There is also a history to Kenai that can be found by visiting places such as the Walking Tour Of Old Town Kenai. Visit the Kenai Visitors and Cultural Center, which houses museum displays and exhibits and offers a selection of natural history programs throughout the year. Here you will find everything about Kenai’s past.

Shopping and Dining...
Shopping in Kenai is out of this world. You can purchase hand made crafts or buy the necessities of the day -you’ll find it all here. If you need a bite to eat, drop into one of the restaurants and don’t be surprised to find fish as one of the main dishes along with other scrumptious meals.

This is an outdoor paradise and will give you thrills as nothing else can so take your time and explore Kenai.
