This was the worst vacation I have every had. Unfortunately, it was our honeymoon. Once we arrived in our outside cabin, 7204, we couldn\'t help not to notice how loud it was. We complained, someone came to take a look and said that in fact there was a problem but unable to fix it or change cabins. It was so loud that we had difficulty sleeping at times and would have to take a sleeping pill to sleep. But they said to check with them each day to see if it is possible and offered us earplugs. We bought a drink package, J2, that covered all drinks under 7 euros, but they kept charging us for all drinks even though we told them each time, showed them on the card and it is in the computer. We would check our account twice a day and then I would head down to the customer service line to deal with it. Many times it would take days of complaining for them to take the charges off. I visited them 13 times. I am glad I did because every 3 days they close your account and if you don\'t follow it you may not know what you are being billed. I was promised that everything would be taken care of before we left the ship, in fact that was wrong, so I had to stand in line again, about an hour, to correct what wasn\'t fix. If I hadn\'t been so careful about watching the bill, we would have been overcharged close to 290 euros. The food was of low quality and what wasn\'t served was recycled for the following night. The bars and casino were filled with kids running around. There was no room in the jacuzzi\'s or pools. Kids where running and jumping in them all the time. The excursion we took was to Pompeii and Sorento. The excursion was for 5 hours, but we had only 1.5 hours in Pompeii and only 30 minutes in Sorento and paid 78 euros per person. The bartenders were very friendly, but the waitstaff you had to flag down to be served and at times they looked the other way. This was the most difficult and stressful vacation I have ever had. I never had to work so hard on a vacation as I did with this cruise.
Positives
The cabin and ship were very clean. The cabin crew was very nice and friendly. The waiters in the dining room was out going and there when ever you needed them. The bartenders were friendly and outgoing.
Negatives
Loud cabin, 7204. Many kids everywhere. Overcharge for everything. Close your accounts every 3 days. Food was of low quality. Not willing to resolve issues even if it is your honeymoon. At one point at client services I was told that it isn\'t their fault and I should go talk with the bar managers to resolve the issue. It took many times visiting the CS to have charges taken off.
