An Amazing ship with lots dissapointments. we sailed june 23rd on the ships second voyage into service. first I must say to please check everything prior to booking alot of things are not explained in detail. Room service from hell on this boat they cannot get anything correct it was hilarious to order two orders of the assorted cookies to have some guy that hardly speaks english bring us guess what two cookies yes \"Two\" on another incident because there to many we where supposed to have balcony breakfast where they come in and setup everything for you guess what he left the food at the bed and left. ahh i am being modest lets go for one more we ordered two boxes of corn flakes you would think to bring milk for the cereal he brought the 1 bowl no milk for two people??
Now princess also failed to mention that unlimitted room the menu only concludes of 6 items and then 9 other choices of miscelenous things like cookies etc.. thats sad on carnival they had 3 pages of food to choose from. oh on crown princess its $35 for the unlimmitted soda package that you have to run to lido deck 15 or a dinign room to get any soda exept diet sprite thats extra. the cantene they give you is so slim inside you get two sips and guess what take another trip to get soda if they elevator ever comes to go to deck 15. you want ice cream from the ice cream um that will be a $3.50 charge. you want to purchase pictures from the photography studio on board each 6x7 cost you $25 a picture theres a cut off time where they give you 8x10 for the same price. you rather have the digital copy of the picture thats $50 a file now you add that up 6 shots per backround lets say thats a whole lot of money we payed $250 thank god we happen to get along with the one guy at the picture studio he gave us 25 free pictures because he felt bad for us the previous nite the studio deleted all of our pictures from our digital camera card.
TEENAGERS parents I swear are ignorant/careless with no consideration for others they let these SOB\'s run around the ship after 10pm causing havoc destroying property running down the hallways banging on cabin doors stealing door tags etc.. and when you call the front desk oh sir we would make a note no one comes out to check up on this numerous people complained about this by the way.
when arriving at puerto rico we had to redo a us immigration paper check line let me tell you standing in line for 3hrs to walk around the ship on promenade deck7 two times thats how long the line wrapped around just to have some moron tell you oh you where born here proceed Thats it!! that was the important check that took 3hrs?????? if your child wants chocolate milk its $3.50 the buffet is a joke stale food people in a rush always to get the first batch of anything hot off the oven as i call it. unless you purchase a soda package there is nothing to drink but tea and water which you have to walk halfway to the ship just to get it.
now the crown grill lobster is an additional $10 on top of the cover charge but if you go to the michealangelo dining room its included and you dont have to pay nothing no cover charge nothing eat as much as you want. this makes no sense whatsoever this was supposed to be a littlebit of an upscale but I sure had better experience on carnival cruise lines then princess. disapointed would love to talk to someone in management for this cruise line as a matter of fact. there are worst things that happened on our trip then what i posted on here but this should be enough to open up some eyes.
