My husband and I, both, were to cruise the Mediterranean aboard the Voyager of the Seas. The ship is wonderful, the service were super and the weather was fantastic. The dinner was very good and our cabin with balcony was very pretty and confortable. The movies on the television were very interesting too.
Positives
So the cruise ship to me was very nice and I loved everything about it.
Negatives
I only have a complaint. Unfortunately I forgot my passport, air tickets and licence drive in the safe inside my cabin. When I returned to the ship to find them, the person who took care of my room didn\'t pay attention to my situation (a lady) and I had to return to the Hotel without my documents. I had to pay a penality, buy new air tickets itinerary and return later to my country because I had to get a new passport. Although it was my fault, I understand that the personell of the ship could be more interested in helping me.
I only have to give the message that they could be as nice at the end of the trip as at the beginning.
