My Wife and I had looked on the internet at reviews of this cruise line and what we read filled us with trepidation as there appeared to be nothing good going for this ship, the food, service, helpfulness of the staff, the excursion organisation and entertainment were all bad. Well whoever wrote those reviews must have been on a different ship as apart from the entertainment which wasn\'t that brilliant, and the TV programmes which appeared to mainly cater for non-English speaking guests, everything else was by far and away fantastic. We have come home with nothing but good memories from this cruise.
Positives
The food in the Montmarte restaurant was tasty, well presented, and the service was top class.
All the staff on the ship appeared to go out of their way to make us feel welcome.
The shore excursions were on the whole well organised and we enjoyed the different ports of call.
Negatives
The entertainment was below par, but having been on other cruise lines,this appears to be true of them too.
The TV programmes were catering for the non-English speaking guests leaving little for us from the UK, USA, Australia, etc to view.
