My husband and I had a wonderful time on this cruise. Food was fabulist and service was A+.
We had a SS suite cabin #6102. It was a good size and clean. The bathroom had a 2 sink vanity with tub and shower and a separate shower as well. The bed and furniture was very comfortable.
Room service was excellent and always on time. We ate breakfast every morning in our room because I could never make it to the dinning room by 9:00 for breakfast. After 9 we would have to go to the buffet and I didn\'t want to have to do that. Eating breakfast out on our large deck each morning was lovely.
I loved half moon cay and tortola the best. St Thomas I didn\'t care for and Nassau did nothing for me and way to crowded for my liking. I should have stayed on the ship and relax.
The shows were all great and I loved Julie barr the best. I could have listen to her jokes every night.
The casino was small and Smokey so I couldn\'t spent much time in there but the time I did an I just played the slots, I won quite a bit on them.
I also need to add that there was a lot of people over the age of 70 and many in wheelchairs and with canes. So I do think Holland America reputation for attracting older people is right.
Positives
Negatives
The only con with this cruise is it was that the ship rocked back and forth a lot and it was very hard to walk. I have been on other cruise lines before and you hardly knew the ship was moving. Maybe it was the time of year because we have cruise in April and July before.
