I cruised on this ship in 2009 to which I was thoroughly dissappointed. When I complained about the ships cabins and showed the photo. they gave me compensation. I mistakenly booked again this year. On realising this I got in touch with them regarding my last experience and was told there had been several improvents made to cabins. not in the one I was assigned to. I was so upset as this was my first break away in two years. I am in the hospitality industry myself so I was most upset by there lies. we were reading in the lookout lounge and water was leaking in. the seating had holes in and there was no table top just four legs and a frame. If they call this improvinments they are very much mistaken. I was given £100.00 credit to my on-board account. Which I spent in the restaurant, as the food was not that hot in the free eating areas. This ship needs to be taken out of commission or future guests should be able to see updated pictures. So they know exactly what they will be getting. Does anyone know who is in charge of regulating these cruise ships.

The entertainment was the only good thing on this cruise ship.
