This is the first time I have ever had anything negative to say about a cruise. I think Carnival is making cost cutting choices that are lowering the quality of the experience.
Positives
dinner was nice. Our wait staff was wonderful
The mountain bike excursion was very fun, would do that again!
Horse back riding in Cabo was great. The ranch was beautiful.
carnival did a great job when picking our dinner partners. We all had a wonderful time and made some great friends
Negatives
atm machines always out of money.
As a business owner I wonder at the choice of Bartenders. They were not carnivals employees with the best personalities.
our steward was in our room at 7:15 am on the day we departed cleaning our room for the next guest before we had checked out of the room. All of our belongings were there and he just moved them out of the way.
The shows were painful.
Deer Island shore excursion was awful. It was an hour late getting us back to the port. We left at 9:00 were returned at after 3:00 and the only food available was fruit and sweet rolls. the music on the way back was awful. It was very clear no one was enjoying the music and all the guests were talking about how upset they were.
try to not use the web service. Expensive and slow!
