A warm welcome awaits you when you book a cruise on the Boudicca. The large windows bring in the bright sunshine adding to the space of the ship. With an impressive range of choices in accommodations and dining, you are sure to be pleased with everything this ship offers. The heated outdoor pool lets you enjoy swimming even when the outside temperatures are a bit cooler than usual. On the warm weather cruises, this is the perfect opportunity for you to work on your tan. Whether you are travelling alone, with a loved one or with the whole family, the crew is waiting to attend to your every need.
Accommodations
Choose a superior or premier suite for the ultimate in luxurious accommodations on the Boudicca. These suites measure about 150 square feet with a balcony measuring about 80 square feet. Each one has a bedroom with a sitting area, a bathroom with a tub and shower, TV, refrigerator, mini-bar and hairdryer. Some of the suites have double beds that convert to two twins and there are designated smoking cabins.
The ordinary outside cabins have portholes for windows, but these still afford a spectacular view of the ocean. The bathroom may have a tub and shower or just a shower only and there is a hairdryer and television in each cabin. The single cabins measure 150 square feet, which still gives you plenty of space to move around and the closet space is quite ample for your needs.
Dining
Whether you want to dine in a formal atmosphere or prefer something more casual, you will find what you need on this ship. There is an impressive array of foods on the menu ranging from salads, pasta, meat and fish dishes and scrumptious desserts. There is something to suit all tastes.
The formal dining room does have assigned seating for dinner, but there are other restaurants offering buffet style meals. Dine on the deck at the Marquis Grill where you can have a snack as you soak up the rays from the pool deck.
Entertainment
From mid morning coffee to afternoon teas, you can take in lectures, engage in a variety of games or take classes in classical dancing. The activities are designed to keep you fully occupied when you are at sea. Bars and lounges abound where you can sip on a cool one and enjoy animated conversation with your friends. There are also places where you can be completely alone with your thoughts, the view or a good book from the expansive library. Take in the nightly entertainment in the Neptune Lounge, have your hair done at the salon or enjoy shopping. There is a card room and a crafts room and if you feel lucky you can spend some time at the slots or the tables in the casino. The Internet café will keep you in touch with home and the news of the day.
