Large windows and wide open spaces await you when you book a cruise on the Braemar of Fred Olsen Cruise Lines. The spectacular five deck atrium is something that will astound you from the time you board the ship to the time you disembark. Even though there are over 400 cabins to choose from, this ship offers an intimate atmosphere that lends itself to creating lasting friendships. Relax in the cozy bars, curl up with a good boom or take in the exciting nightlife that this ship offers.
Accommodations
A single outside or inside cabin measures 150 square feet. This cabin provides you with a bedroom, a bathroom with a shower only, a television and safe for your valuables. If you have a superior outside cabin you have the added benefit of a large picture window through which you can enjoy the view. In the superior cabins, hair dryers are provided as standard amenities and you have the added benefit of having your own refrigerator.
The more expensive deluxe, balcony and superior suites are much larger and feature a private veranda where you can sit outside. These accommodations include a stereo, but the bathroom contains a shower only. All cabins are roomy with plenty of closet space.
Dining
Dine in the Thistle Restaurant on superb cuisine. This venue has assigned seating for dinner, but if you prefer something more casual try out the Palms Café with its informal atmosphere. Sit among palms and murals that will delight all of your senses and put you in the mood for a tropical cruise. The cuisine is such that you will certainly want to sample all of the menu choices before you.
Entertainment
If you overindulge in the restaurant, you can work off the calories in the fitness center. Here you will find an ample supply of fitness equipment or you can exercise in the pools. Bars and lounges offer all the drinks and coffees you can imagine as you sit in comfort and relax with your friends. Keep in touch with those at home at the Internet Café or browse the selection of boutiques and shops. Take in the shows at the Neptune Lounge or dance with Lady Luck at the casino.
