If you are wondering which cruise line to choose when booking your next cruise, Carnival Cruise Lines has a ship that will soon be launched for your enjoyment. The décor of this ship will take you through the centuries, which such themes as the ancient Romans, the Babylonian kings, Louis X1V and more. You can actually have a history lesson by exploring the rooms on the decks of this ship. The planned destinations include Eastern and Western Caribbean, the Mediterranean, Western Europe and across the Atlantic. There is a replica of the Statue of Liberty in the restaurant.
Highlights of the Ship
The Victorian Chow Lounge will take you back to the days of Queen Victoria giving you the impression that you are in 19th century England with the décor. However, the Broadway or Las Vegas type shows will keep you well-anchored in the 21st century. The Chic and Post Dining Rooms reflect the styles of the 1990’s and the food choices planned are simply superb. Gamble the night away in the Hanging Gardens of Babylon in the Babylon Casino and you can sing along or dance to the tunes of Scott Joplin in Scott’s Piano Bar. However, this will not be the only music you hear in this venue, but there is sure to be some of it since the bar is named for him.
Larger Than Life
The staterooms on the Freedom will be larger than on most other cruise ships and the range of amenities is more than you will experience anywhere else. This is a family cruise ship with a huge Carnival Program for kids of all ages, allowing the parents to have time for themselves. Even the spa is much improved over the other ships in the Carnival line with more equipment, treatments and treatment rooms to help you relax and melt the stresses away. Keep in touch with home at the Internet Café or dine on your own balcony. A high percentage of the staterooms do have large balconies and even the inside cabins are quite roomy with lots of closet space.
