If you’re dreaming of that cruise of a lifetime - one that will become an an unforgettable experience, then join the crew of the Celebrity Xpedition as they take you on the seas of your dreams. This fabulous ship holds 98 passengers and gives you a small ship ambiance with big ship thrills, luxury and excitement. The four passenger decks it holds will give you all the luxury you can handle and from the Ecuadorian Captain to the other 64 members of the crew, you will enjoy pampering as you sail into the blue waters of the Galapagos Islands.
Xpedition offers 47 cabins, 8 of which have balconies and the rest have a beautiful ocean view. For entertainment, there are bars, card rooms and movies, as well as live entertainment from the Ecuadorian culture. You will find a pool, spa, sauna, Jacuzzi and an exercise room. There is also the added attraction of taking scuba diving lessons and enjoying other water sports so you will be ready when they sail into one of the lovely destinations. In addition you will find a beauty salon, duty free shop, dry cleaning services and many more amenities.
Dining
You are in for a treat when it comes to dining on this wonderful ship. Everything is covered from the person that wants health food to the one that indulges in the foods that stays with you. You will find yourself seated in a six to eight seat table with cream and crisp navy blue décor, where you can enjoy your meal with friends or by yourself. Start your day off with a buffet breakfast, where your food can also be cooked to order. At lunch time, you will find a fine array of salads, fresh bread, roast chicken or grilled fish. In the evening, you can indulge in a five course meal that is served formally, but if you find that you are not in the mood for formal dining then you could visit the deck barbeque passengers or the Beagle Grill where you can grab a burger for the times that you are in a hurry to get ashore to enjoy the wonderful sights that awaits you. Room service waits for you aboard this fantastic ship if you desire to dine in your cabin and on the last night of the cruise you will fine superb dining on the deck.
Entertainment
For entertainment on this floating dream you can watch the latest movies you would find on most billboards anywhere. If you’re not in the mood for a movie, then there are plenty of board games to enjoy or enjoy reading a book in the library. There are daytime lectures on wildlife and the last night on the ship you can enjoy the folkloric show which is done formally. There is no lack of space for sunbathing during the day and other things to keep you busy. However, on a cruise like this you will have so much to see and do when the ship goes into port that your evenings will take care of themselves as you sleep the evening away after a day of sight seeing tours that are offered every day.
