You will love exploring the 15 decks that this ship carries with new things to do and see on every deck. With a crew of 1000 to pamper you in the style that you are accustomed to, you will feel like royalty. This ship offers a mountain of entertainment and offers many restaurants for your convenience and to satisfy your taste buds. It boasts freestyle cruising, which gives you the opportunity to really relax and kick back on your vacation and enjoy yourself without having to worry about dress codes a lot.
Accommodations
The Pride of Hawaii offers a total of 1188 accommodations of which 178 are balcony suites, 362 are balconies with an ocean view, 243 with no balcony but an ocean view and 405 inside cabins which gives you great choice in how you want to travel. You will find interconnecting suites that really come in handy if you are traveling with a group or with a large family. The cabins are ample in square footage and have all the amenities that you would expect on a ship such as this. The bathrooms are a bit on the small but you will find they are more than adequate to suit your needs. The Penthouse of course gives you much more square footage than a cabin or suite and will also give you a living room as well as a separate bedroom and all suites with balconies will give you more space. There are also Villas, which are definitely in the class of luxury.
Dining
The Pride of Hawaii offers a tremendous variety in dining where you can order anything from French food to burgers and fries. There is also a poolside buffet where you can dine at for a quick bite if your real busy. There are also sushi bars if this is your choice in food. The specialty dining restaurants offer superb food and service, but you will have to pay a surcharge of $10.00 to $15.00. Because these restaurants are reservations only, it is best to book as soon as you go onboard. Chocolate lovers won’t want to miss the Chocoholic midnight buffets.
Entertainment
With full scale Broadway productions that you will find here, live bands, lounge singers, piano bars and Disco dens you can choose a different type of entertainment each night of your cruise. Dance until dawn or try your luck at the casino with its a variety of tables and slot machines to keep you hopping the whole night through. There is a library, shuffleboard, ping pong, basket and volleyball, art auctions and perfume seminars. Enjoy the pampering and deluxe treatment at the Mandara Spa where you can have a massage, get your nails down, or simply relax and rest up for the night. The fitness centre has all the latest state of the art equipment to keep you fit during your voyage you will also find a jogging track and much more on this ship.
